Terms & Conditions

• Courses/Lessons must be paid in full 48 hours before the beginning of the first class.
• Fees for courses/lessons are strictly non-refundable, however under certain circumstances credit may be obtained for an alternative course/lesson at another time.
• Private Tuition:  any cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours prior to the lesson, otherwise we reserve the right to charge for the missed lesson or late cancellation.
• We do not allow spectators without prior approval
• no hot food is allowed in the reception area
• no chocolate is allowed to be eaten in the reception area
• In case of harsh weather conditions, whereby the school cancels any class/lesson within a pre-paid course, we will endeavour to substitute the missed class for an alternative class at a future date.
• If there is a history of medical conditions or current conditions that we should be aware of please let us know before partaking in any classes.
• No stilettos are allowed and any outdoor shoes be free of mud and stones before walking on the dancefloor.
